We would like to welcome our new Salaried GP, Dr Daniel Plaxton to the Red House Surgery

Dr Plaxton grew up in London and after completing a biological sciences degree at Oxford university in 2008 worked briefly in the city for Deloitte before qualifying as a doctor in London in 2015. He completed his GP training in southwest London and subsequently went on to study for a post graduate degree in sports and exercise medicine. Dr Plaxton was working as a sports doctor alongside being GP before eventually relocating to Cambridge in 2024. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife exploring Cambridge, playing football, running, cooking and reading.
