Register as a new patient
To register with The Red House Surgery, please visit the surgery and speak to one of our receptionists about completing the relevant paperwork. If you are unable to visit the surgery during normal opening hours, complete the registration forms online.
Patients living in our INNER BOUNDARY may register with the practice.
People who move out of our inner boundary must register with a GP practice closer to where they live.

Registered patients who move to our outer boundary may remain registered here if the doctor feels it is in their best interest to do so. Their regular doctor must be asked to make this decision.
